Title conditions
The table belows lists a selection of Lands Tribunal for Scotland decisions under the jurisdiction of title conditions. Cases are listed by name and by Lands Tribunal reference number, with the most recent cases first. Selecting a case will open a “rubric” or summary of the case with brief details of the decision reached. At the end of the rubric you will find a link to the formal “Opinion” or “Note” of the Tribunal, which comprises the full statement of reasons for the decision.
Note: Those cases with a reference number commencing “LTS/LO/” were originally lodged under the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970, but were heard by the Trirbunal after the coming into force of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003. Accordingly, they were dealt with as if they were applications under the 2003 Act.
