Browse the decisions
Selecting a jurisdiction will bring up a list of recent cases by name and Lands Tribunal reference number (i.e. LTS). Selecting a case will bring up a short summary of the case and brief details of the decision reached. At the end of the summary, there is a link to the formal “Opinion” or “Note” (both are judgments) of the Tribunal, which comprises the full statement of reasons for the decision.
