Key staff
The Tribunal has a permanent support staff consisting of the Clerk, Neil Tainsh; a Deputy Clerk, Douglas Ballantyne; and an Administrative Officer, Eli Do Rego. They administer all aspects of the Tribunal’s casework and can advise on the current status of any application as well as dealing with enquiries on aspects of procedure, fees, timescales and so on.
If you would like to meet someone on the Tribunal’s staff to discuss your case, please make an appointment.
NOTE: From 1 April 2015 the above staff are now part of the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service which provides administrative support for courts and tribunals in Scotland. The web site of this service is at www.scotcourtstribunals.gov.uk. This change does not affect the judicial independence of the Lands Tribunal or other tribunals that are now being supported in this way.
