Office hours and location
The Tribunal office is normally open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The office is situated in Central Edinburgh, a few minutes walk from both Waverley and Haymarket railway stations. You can view a location map if you wish. (This service is provided by an external web site.)
Key staff
The Tribunal has a permanent support staff consisting of the Clerk, Neil Tainsh; a Deputy Clerk, Douglas Ballantyne; and an Administrative Officer, Mrs. Angela Shaw. They administer all aspects of the Tribunal’s casework and can advise on the current status of any application as well as dealing with enquiries on aspects of procedure, fees, timescales and so on.
